Please note that conventional penalties are established in your contract. When considering canceling the purchase of your unit and/or lot, please consider that the contract you signed with the company establishes penalty clauses for early termination. If you'd still like to cancel the purchase of your unit and/or lot, you must fill out the following form. #### **To start the cancellation process, create a ticket.** **To ensure efficient and accurate service, we kindly ask you to follow these instructions:** 1\. Enter the unit number exactly as it appears in your contract (e.g. **A 123**). 2\. Please raise one ticket for each unit.
