Account statements
To review your account statement, you will need to create a support ticket.
You must pay by the 5th of the month. If you paid after said date, you will have to wait for your next statement to see the payment reflected.
Please fill out the following form and you will be attended shortly.
To ensure efficient and accurate service, we kindly ask you to follow these instructions:
1. Enter the unit number exactly as it appears in your contract (e.g. A 123).
2. Please raise one ticket for each unit.
