Criteria for visit scheduling
- The development where your unit or lot is located must be open to visitors (this depends on the construction process).
- Only clients may visit the sites.
- Available dates and times are checked.
Visit rules
- Please note that it is essential to wear closed-toe shoes during your visit.
- The use of a face mask is mandatory
- People under 18 year-old are not allowed at the construction sites.
- The use of safety equipment is required.
- It is essential to wear pants (not shorts, skirts or dresses).
When and how to access the development?
To schedule a site visit, you should consider the following:
- Before the unit/lot is delivered to clients, site visits are managed through Customer Service; a department representative will schedule the visit and accompany you.
- Depending on the development's construction progress, you'll be notified when visits are possible.
- After the unit/lot is delivered, the visits are managed through the Condominium Management; they are responsible for accesses, usage of common areas, etc.
