What do I do if there is a mistake on my invoice?
If there is a mistake in your invoice, please create a support ticket.
If your invoice is incorrect, you must create a ticket. Do so by filling out the form below:
To ensure efficient and accurate service, we kindly ask you to follow these instructions:
1. Enter the unit number exactly as it appears in your contract (e.g. A 123).
2. Please raise one ticket for each unit.
