What is a condominium manager?

A condominium manager is responsible for the development's services and common areas, collection of fees, and enforcement of the cohabitation and construction rules and regulations.

They manage the resources of condominium fees according to assembly agreements. Condominium managers have a physical presence.  Each development has its own email; in the introductory email sent to owners you will find the email, cellphone number, and name of the management's liaison.
