Find out how to request additional changes and/or modifications before your unit is delivered to you.
Before your unit is delivered, any additional changes and/or modifications you require are subject to approval and depend on the current construction stage; additionally, they must not affect the physical structure of the project. Please forward your request through our Owner Services department.
The Delivery department is not involved in any additional changes and/or modifications clients make after their unit is delivered. Owners will cover the responsibility and expenses over any modifications made after the unit has been delivered.
Before requesting approval for a change or modification, consider the following:
- All changes to the unit must be requested before the contract is signed.
- Additional modifications to the unit will be at the owner's expense, but those that may affect the basic structure of the condominium building or its internal regulations will be subject to the approval of the condominium management.
The quotation process for modifications and/or additions can take up to 60 days.
At SIMCA your satisfaction is our main goal. However, our construction procedure follows certain quality standards, which means it is often impossible to modify.
We will do our best to fulfill your request. It is important to mention that not all requests are applicable.

1. Enter the unit number exactly as it appears in your contract (e.g. A 123).
2. Please raise one ticket for each unit.
