      Maintenance fees.

      Learn how maintenance fees are determined and how payments are executed.

      • Condominium (maintenance) fees are approved in condominium assemblies; based on the co-ownership of each individual unit.
      • Normally, each property has a non-profit organization to receive the income associated to it, and to execute the payments corresponding to its approved budget.
      • Reports regarding maintenance to common areas are channeled through your condominium manager.
