Parcel delivery

This is how correspondence and parcels are received at our developments.

  • Parcels and bills are delivered to the reception, to later be deposited in the unit's mailbox, when it has one, or hand-delivered to each individual unit's owner or administrator.
  • Sometimes there is a dedicated space for parcel deliveries near the reception; the common area manager stores them for the day for the final recipient to retrieve.

When this space is unavailable, the package is delivered to each unit's owner or administrator.

The company and the manager are not responsible for any lost or damaged bills and/or parcels.
