Discover the steps to follow and the documents required to get the certified deeds to your property, be it an apartment or a residential lot.
What do I need to get the certified deeds to my unit or lot?
- To begin the procedure to get the certified deeds to a lot and/or unit, you must contact our legal department so that it can get the paperwork started.
- Please have the following documents at hand, as they will need them to process your request:
- VALID OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION
- PROOF OF RECENT ADDRESS (not older than 3 months)
- TAX IDENTIFICATION
- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (if applicable)
- CERTIFICATE OF NON-OUTSTANDING DEBIT NOTES (if applicable)
- The legal department will send you a quote and the deed certification project for your approval.
- Once the project has been approved by all parties, the date and place of signing is set.
- In the case of foreign nationals, the client determines in which financial institution they wish to establish the trust. The legal department provides all the documents required by the selling party, both to the financial institution and the notary before whom the trust is to be constituted.
It is important to verify that the development where your unit or lot is located is already offering deed certifications. The deed process may take between 2 and 3 months.
If you have questions about your property's deed certification process and want to contact the legal department, please create a ticket and we will gladly assist you.
To ensure efficient and accurate service, we kindly ask you to follow these instructions:
1. Enter the unit number exactly as it appears in your contract (e.g. A 123).
2. Please raise one ticket for each unit.
We appreciate your cooperation.
