If you want to direct debit your payment, you must have a bank account in the United States and follow the steps listed below.
Automatic collection from a bank account is only possible for bank accounts in the United States. To make use of this benefit you must meet the following criteria:
- Your unit must be among the developments this benefit applies to.
- Your promise agreement must state that payment will be made in monthly installments.
- You must have filled and signed the corresponding automatic collection authorization form and send it to Owner Services.
- ACH charges are usually made within the first 10 business days of every month.
Please note that not all our developments allow the option of direct debit of payments to foreign accounts.
To begin the direct debit process for accounts in the United States, follow these steps:

Create a ticket through the form below (you must attach the PDF of your signed ACH contract).
To ensure efficient and accurate service, we kindly ask you to follow these instructions:
1. Enter the unit number exactly as it appears in your contract (e.g. A 123).
2. Please raise one ticket for each unit.
